Gecko fork bangles...

This delicate bangle is recycled from an antique serving fork. The detailed gecko is hand pierced from the very top section of the fork handle. The tail sweeps all the way down the handle through to one of the prongs, (Incidentally, the remaining three prongs are used to create lovely little rings.) Once the body is precisely hand-cut it is then hammered round, filed and polished.

Worn, the gecko gracefully and naturally wraps around the wearers wrist. Both the gecko body and the tail being beautiful features. Initially, it is hard to believe that it was originally an old fork. Once handled, the origins are not only evident, but also a fantastic element of the design. Completely gorgeous and totally recycled from an old fork. Each bangle is totally unique and a bargain at only.
