At Glastonbury, lost, but happy nether-the-less...

Each year at glastonbury I create a different, unique version of this beautiful little pendant. Every year it recieves a great response and usually sells out by the end of the first day!

The pendant has been recycled from an old English silver shilling. These shillings are unwanted by coin collectors as some of the details are 'rubbed'. However, they are pure silver and perfect for transformation. I flatten, roll-out, pierce and polish all of the coins by hand. The original edge of the coin can be seen clearly. Every pendant is partnered with a small blazing sun or twinkling star. Each one totally different, completely unique and very special. The pendant is beautifully finished with a small semi precious garnet stone set in sterling silver.
