One fork, two rings...
This lovely, pretty, little ring is completely unique and extremely
understated and simple. Once again the subtlety of the design allows the
recycled origins of the ring to remain unspoken if you desire. To create
this ring i have salvaged an old antique fork from a useless life, sitting
in a draw in a charity shop. I have cut the fork down the middle, creating
two sets of two fork prongs. Both will be made into rings of the same
size. Once heated to the correct temperature for bending, the prongs are
simply formed into a ring. The rough ring shape is then carefully nurtured
into a fabulous, desirable and wearable ring.
(For a limited period two versions are available. The lovely one shown
above is crafted from a gorgeous, old, standard antique fork. These are
available as per usual. I also have a small collection of luxury sterling
silver forks dated 1810-1900! Pure solid silver. These are subject to
availability, as they are rare. If the round, blue, .925 silver button below is visible then they are available to order. Total limited editions!)
