A silver tree of life...
Another lovely symbol of an eco conscious lifestyle. Recycling Chic! Each sterling silver tree of life is handcrafted individually, by myself, in Cambridge.
Using traditional jewellers hand tools, a beautiful, unwanted, sterling silver pre 1919 English coin is transformed into an intricate, yet simple, tree pendant. The coin is flattened to increase to working area. The rough tree design is sketched onto the surface and then painstakingly detailed with a jewellers hand saw. It is this cutting process which reveals the beautiful details.
The finished tree can be 'garnished' with a simple bronze star hanging freely at the bale, a la other Hairy Growler pieces, upon request, at no extra charge! You are also welcome to specify a type of finish, matte (shown) or a shiny polished finish.
