This new hairy growler bracelet is totally handmade from old uncollectable pure silver coins, primarily florins and shillins. These beautiful sterling silver coins are unwanted by coin collectors when elements become rubbed and marked. They are only valuable in terms of their silver content.
These coins are a fantastic raw material to use as they have lovely details and history (most being well over 100 years old!). Having the opportunity to re-use them rather than collectors 'scrapping' them for the basic silver content is good.
