'Tweet, tweet, twang.. lets make some lovely folky birdy music'. A Beautiful, whimsical brooch crafted from the 'bowl' of an antique desert spoon.
The design is simply freehand drawn on to the spoon then carefully cut out with a traditional jewellers saw and dentist drill. As with all Hairy Growler jewellery pieces, each brooch is totally unique and individual.
The remaining spoon handle is also given the Hairy Growler treatment. A little detail, time and patients transforms the remnant. This is also included as a momento of the tree's humble origins! A fab talking point, a little home for the brooch when not being worn and wonderful green, ethical and original gift.
