Just what I wanted. I first saw jewellery made from recycled cutlery many years ago in Ireland (pre easy Internet shopping!) but at the time could not afford it. All these years later I went online and found the Hairy Growler’s website very easily. There I found exactly what I was looking for – a solid silver bangle made from an antique solid silver fork, it’s tines curled into graceful waves. It arrived well packed and beautifully polished, it’s hallmarks clearly visible. OK, it’s pretty expensive but for a handmade solid silver bangle with an individual identity I think it is well worth it.
