Recycled vintage spoon
Simple, little, star burst earrings. These earrings move fantastically when worn. Eye catchingly uncomplicated, these earrings are recycled from the end of the ‘bowl’ on an old, discarded, antique dessert spoon. Each pair I create is completely unique and individual. After free hand sketching the design onto the spoon i delicately hand cut and file the earrings.
A final matte-satin polish brings the little stars twinkling to ‘life’. You are also welcome to request the ‘donor’ spoon from which the earrings were recycled. This will be ‘worked upon’ to transform it from ‘off-cut’ to objet d’art ! This random spoon perfectly connects the wearer of the earrings to the previous history and green ethical credentials of the earrings.
Handmade and completely recycled in Cambridge, UK. Complete with the finest sterling silver earwires.

NECKLACE INFORMATION

Many of the necklace / pendant designs are complete. These designs have a sterling silver chain attached to the pendant from both sides. This design is perfect for looking in a mirror to fasten the necklace. It also makes a fabulous feature of the handmade hook catch (and star if chosen).  The necklace length you choose includes the length of the actual pendant. Do not worry about the pendant dimensions we will take care of your order. Order the necklace length you would normally wear and the necklace you receive will sit in the perfect position..
