Recycled vintage teaspoon earrings.

Each pair of cat and mouse earrings is hand cut with a traditional jewellers piercing saw from the ‘bowl’ of an old, discarded and unwanted vintage teaspoon. Once ‘freed’ from the confines of the spoon they are gently filed, shaped and polished to a finish of your choice.

They can be presented to a high shine type finish or contemporary satin upon request. Their little tails hang beautifully and they are great fun to wear. Handmade and completely recycled in Cambridge, UK. Complete with the finest sterling silver ear wires and the actual ‘donor’ spoon is included to connect the wearer to the recycled, green origins of the earrings and their wondrous previous history. Many of the necklace / pendant designs are complete. These designs have a sterling silver chain attached to the pendant from both sides. This design is perfect for looking in a mirror to fasten the necklace. It also makes a fabulous feature of the handmade hook catch (and star if chosen). The necklace length you choose includes the length of the actual pendant. Do not worry about the pendant dimensions we will take care of your order. Order the necklace length you would normally wear and the necklace you receive will sit in the perfect position..
