At my Cambridge workshop, I carefully transform that old coin into a beautiful little heart-shaped token, using traditional hand tools and silversmithing techniques.

The finished piece is approximately 25mm by 15mm, with the character and individuality that comes from being made entirely by hand.

And to preserve its remarkable beginnings, the original donor coin off-cut accompanies the token.
