Ash tree leaves necklace – handcrafted and recycled ethical jewellery made from silver Victorian Florins.

World tree jewellery.  The Third Moon month of Ash.  The collection of jewellery celebrating the Ash tree of life and its connection to our existence.  The symbolic nature of protection, power, health and courage present in each piece.

The world tree leaves have been lovingly hand cut with enormous care from a 100 year old silver shilling. Inspired by the tree of life idea, shape, ethos and belief. The design has been freehand sketched on to the coin it is carefully hand cut and carved using traditional hand saws, chisels and files. Consequently this traditional process allows me to have a close connection to each piece, ensuring the end result is personal and unique.

The leaves I have created from a recycled silver coin are imbued with these connections and will make beautiful necklace and protection amulet. Each set is lovingly handcrafted to order and a delight to make.   The leaves are available as just the leaves to go on your own special chain, or on a adjustable cotton neckcord (variety of colours), on one of my flourish chains with accompanying star, heart or moon?

Recycled in Cambridge. 100 year old+ Sterling silver coin.

NECKLACE INFORMATION

Many of the necklace / pendant designs are complete. These designs have a sterling silver chain attached to the pendant from both sides. This design is perfect for looking in a mirror to fasten the necklace. It also makes a fabulous feature of the handmade hook catch (and star if chosen).  The necklace length you choose includes the length of the actual pendant. Do not worry about the pendant dimensions we will take care of your order. Order the necklace length you would normally wear and the necklace you receive will sit in the perfect position..
