Violin necklace – Recycled silver Half Crown

Violin necklace. This lovely fiddle / violin has been fashioned from an old sterling silver half crown coin. The coins are flattened and fused together to give the desired length and thickness. The design is then carefully and lovingly hand cut and carved away from the coins. The reverse can be engraved upon request with personal date and or initials.

The finished piece is thoroughly polished and presented on a lovely braided cotton neck-thong or hand finished sterling silver necklace with hand forged shepherds crook safety catch.  You are welcome to choose an extra charm to hang along side your tiny treble clef.

NECKLACE INFORMATION

Many of the necklace / pendant designs are complete. These designs have a sterling silver chain attached to the pendant from both sides. This design is perfect for looking in a mirror to fasten the necklace. It also makes a fabulous feature of the handmade hook catch (and star if chosen).  The necklace length you choose includes the length of the actual pendant. Do not worry about the pendant dimensions we will take care of your order. Order the necklace length you would normally wear and the necklace you receive will sit in the perfect position..
