Moon gazing magical hare – Set of four earrings Recycled vintage fruit spoon

The mystical moon gazing hare of the moor is respected for its alertness, swiftness and resourcefulness. This lovely little set of four earrings to mix, match, wear and share have been delicately recycled from the bowl of an antique spoon.

The design is carefully hand drawn onto the spoon and then embellished with a traditional jewellers saw. Each pair is not only completely unique and original but also totally green and ethical. You are welcome to specify a finish, satin brushed matte finish (shown) or highly polished finish.

The earrings are presented with the actual ‘donor’ spoon from which they were made. This is ‘worked-upon’ and is transformed into a lovely little objet d’art which clearly demonstrates the green and ethical origins of the earrings whilst simultaneously connecting the wearer to their interesting one wondrous prior life!

Handmade and completely recycled in Cambridge, UK. Complete with the finest sterling silver earwires.

NECKLACE INFORMATION

Many of the necklace / pendant designs are complete. These designs have a sterling silver chain attached to the pendant from both sides. This design is perfect for looking in a mirror to fasten the necklace. It also makes a fabulous feature of the handmade hook catch (and star if chosen). The necklace length you choose includes the length of the actual pendant. Do not worry about the pendant dimensions we will take care of your order. Order the necklace length you would normally wear and the necklace you receive will sit in the perfect position..
