Recycled pre-decimal Penny
A pentacle / pentagram is an amulet used in magical evocation, generally made of parchment, paper or metal. In this case the beautiful symbol has been recycled from a Pre-decimal penny coin. These ‘out-of-circulation’ pennies continue to be used to adjust the timing of the pendulum of the Westminster’s, “Big Ben”. The pentagram symbol is also commonly used as a protective amulate and personal talisman.

A lovely, original pendant with a fantastic history and symbolism. Each one is individually hand cut and meticulously hand engraved with specific love and attention to detail.

NECKLACE INFORMATION

Many of the necklace / pendant designs are complete. These designs have a sterling silver chain attached to the pendant from both sides. This design is perfect for looking in a mirror to fasten the necklace. It also makes a fabulous feature of the handmade hook catch (and star if chosen).  The necklace length you choose includes the length of the actual pendant. Do not worry about the pendant dimensions we will take care of your order. Order the necklace length you would normally wear and the necklace you receive will sit in the perfect position..
